Delightful, furry pandas gambol up the light fixtures, peer cheekily at you from behind the pot plants and invite you in by staring boldly through the windowpanes! The panda game is strong here – from the beautiful hand painted mural, to the cute custom made t-shirts. Apart from instantly putting you in a good mood, thanks to the winsome décor, Panda and Co is one of our favourite cafés as it offers amazing food, wonderful service and a friendly vibe.

What’s on the menu you ask? Well for starters, here you will find the famous Reuben Rolly Pollies. By now you would have seen them popping up all over the grams, apart from being photo worthy, they taste sublime. It is definitely one of the must haves and we always order a couple of serves. The Rolly Pollies are huge, crispy spring rolls. Packed with corned beef, sauerkraut and heaps of gooey cheese, accompanied by a house-made Big M sauce, priced at just $16, they are such a bargain. Your taste buds will explode with the flavours. Grandpa’s 12 hour pork belly bao, is a lovely fluffy bao, filled with a generous slice of melt in your mouth pork belly – a delicious entrée at just $7. We recently enjoyed the Chilli Cheese Scrambled eggs with delicious sliced avocado and togarashi served on sourdough. Scrambled eggs never tasted so good. Breakfast goals complete with the dish! Another of our favourites for brunch is the Spicy Fried Udon. Which is served with glazed tofu, a fried egg and homemade sambal.

The coffees here are legenDAIRY! Whether you order a latte, a macchiato or their spectacular iced coffee/ iced chocolate. The coffee/chocolate is served in a glass filled with ice, with a kitsch milk bottle inverted in it. Check out how adorable it looks in the photos. For those with a sweet tooth there is much to satisfy. The peanut butter cookies are truly scrumptious. Crispy Coffee Glazed Brioche with nutella foam, pistachios and pop rocks = BOOM!

Panda and Co is open from 7ish to 4ish on weekdays and 8ish to 4ish on weekends. Recently they trialed a Panda by Night session, which was highly successful, so hopefully this will be on the cards soon! They have an innovative approach to food and the menu is constantly changing. The chefs here are bold and every dish makes a statement!
